Electronic, Weighing Scales, & Auxiliary Conveyors

Gross Weigh Scales offering efficient, low cost bagging of any free flowing material in paper or plastic bags.  Equipped with belt, gravity and gravity-vibrator feeder, affording 6-10 bags per minute +/- 4 once accuracy. (Auxiliary conveyors also available).

Net Weigh Scales (as photo at right) in simplex, duplex, tri-plex format, offering up to 25 bags per minute at +/- 1/2 -two once accuracy. Available
with gravity, screw or belt feeding, and full digital controls, mild steel, Teflon
or stainless construction.

Portable Bagging Plants incorporating hopper, weigh scale, manual or automatic bagger, power plant, air compressor, infeed system and exit conveyor.

Bag Closure Devices

Continuous, hot air and band heat sealing custom-designed for
sealing bags .0025 - .0060 in thickness at up to 25 bags per minute.
Available with double seal, variable D.C. drive, trimmer, coder, etc.
The sealers of choice in the soil, stone, bark, pellet fuel, cat litter, salt
and fertilizer markets.

Automatic Bagging System (Volumetric or Weight)

For the latest in automatic bag packaging, consider the BTH systems, such as the Model VLKG-1000-NN, as shown in photo (right). With unique dust-aspiration systems, this equipment is ideal for packaging applications, such as cat litters, fertilizers, limestones, clays, pre-mixes, salts, pet foods, soils and bark mulches. We can equip the respective models with either volumetric or weigh scale, overhead dosing systems to provide up to 1,800 bags/hour. The VLKG-1000-NN can even process both printed poly tubular film and/or pre-formed bags!

New European-designed, vertical form-fill-seal from B&C Automatic Machinery, offers flexibility of packaging a variety of products from 10-120 liters (up to four-cubic-feet), with features such as side-gussetts for easier stacking, compression cycle for square bales, die-cut handles, zipper re-closures, and easy-bag opening, revolving quick-change system for forming tubes, product settling devices, and bag turning and compression discharge conveyor, at speeds up to 22 bags/minute. Integrated soil mixing, screening and feeding systems, along with high or low-level palletizing and pallet wrapping systems are also available.

Compression Baling Systems

Creative Packaging offers several, unique high compression (6:1) baling systems for wood shavings and sawdust, potting soils, bark mulch and peat, straw, insulation and erosion control mulches, yielding up to 325 bales per hour.

The  Willems automatic baler (right) automatically folds and seals printed, or plain, poly film around the formed bale prior to exiting the machine; thereby eliminating costly pre-formed bags and labor in bag placing

Palletizing Systems

Fully-Automatic Palletizer - Low and high-level, heavy-duty construction models, capable of 15 to 30 bags per minute with no operator assistance. Available with automatic pallet and slip sheet dispensers, auxiliary conveyors, diagnostic modem for direct link to factory.

Robotic Palletizers can be custom designed to stack multiple-sized bales and bags from several different packaging lines at speeds of some 1500 units per hour.

New Automatic Pallet Stretch Hooding & 
Stretch Wrapping Systems

Automatic pallet load stretch hooding (photo right) provides optimum product protection and pallet load stability. Creative Packaging can also provide custom-designed semi and fully automatic pallet stretch wrapping systems integrated with automatic palletizers.
